兰州市2022年企事业单位引进急需紧缺人才公告（第一批）

font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">1.2022年全国普通高等学校应届毕业生和往届生，留学回国人员。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">2.根据《兰州市急需紧缺人才引进实施办法》，远郊县区（红古区、永登县、榆中县、皋兰县）可引进全日制本科及以上学历的高校毕业生。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">3.2022年应届生须如期毕业并取得岗位所要求的学历（学位）。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">4.取得双学位的应聘人员，报考专业以主修专业为准。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">5.自2017年起，由国家统一下达招生计划，考试招生执行相同政策和标准的非全日制研究生与全日制研究生同等对待。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">6.企业自主决定本单位人才引进的程序和方式，自定岗位条件，不参加实地引才；意向报名人员请直接联系《兰州市2022年第一批企业引才岗位需求表》中的企业报名。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">二、资格条件</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（一）具有中华人民共和国国籍，享有公民的基本政治权利。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（二）拥护中华人民共和国宪法，遵守国家法律法规，具备坚定的政治素质，品行端正，综合素质好。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（三）本科生年龄须在28岁及以下（1993年1月1日以后出生），硕士研究生须在30岁及以下（1991年1月1日以后出生），以此类推；医疗卫生岗位、博士研究生、具有高级职称的急需紧缺人才可适当放宽年龄限制，具体以岗位需求表中规定年龄为准。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（四）身体健康，具有正常履行岗位职责的身体条件。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 1.75em;">（六）兰州市机关、事业单位在编在岗人员不得报考。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（七）有下列情形之一者不得报名：曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的；有失信被执行人记录、治安刑事处罚记录，在校就读或工作期间受过处分的；参加各类公开招聘及高层次、急需紧缺人才引进的拟聘人员，提供虚假证件及材料的；涉嫌违纪违法正在接受审查调查尚未作出结论的；现役军人；法律法规规定不得聘用为事业单位工作人员的其他情形；2018年以来兰州市事业单位人才引进中弃约或辞职人员。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">三、引才方式及相关要求</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">采取线上线下报名、线下集中面试的方式进行。引进人才服务期为5年（其中远郊县区的事业单位引进人才服务期为3年）。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">四、优惠政策</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">1.事业单位引进人才纳入兰州市事业编制管理，享受兰州市事业单位工作人员工资福利待遇。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">2.市直部门事业单位引进的42所一流大学建设高校毕业生，按博士2000元/月、硕士1500元/月、本科1000元/月的标准发放租房补贴（连续发放3年），或申请入住兰州市人才公寓。区县可参照执行。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">3.企业引进的高层次人才经认定符合条件的可享受《兰州市急需紧缺人才引进实施办法》等文件规定的财税、金融、项目扶持等优惠政策。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">五、引进人才程序</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（一）报名</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">采取线上线下报名的方式，应聘人员可根据自身实际情况，任选其中一种报名方式。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">1.线上报名</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">①报名时间及方式。采取网络（电子邮箱）报名方式进行。报名时间从公告之日起截止2022年3月11日下午17:00，以符合规定要求的电子邮件发送时间为准。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">②报名所需资料。应聘人员下载填写《兰州市公开引进高校毕业生报名登记表》（见附件4，含个人近期证件照），《报名登记表》须处理为jpg格式，大小控制在6M以内。2022年应届生应提供本人有效身份证件、就读学校盖章确认的学业课程成绩单等岗位所要求的相关证书材料扫描原件；往届生应提供本人有效身份证件、毕业证、学位证、学业课程成绩单等招聘岗位条件所要求的相关证书扫描原件。非兰州市属机关、事业单位在编在岗人员还应提供原单位同意报考的证明；留学回国人员还应提供教育部留学服务中心认证的国外学历学位认证书。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">③每人限报一个岗位，报名不收取任何费用。因个人填报信息错误而导致的其他后果，由应聘者本人负责。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">①报名人员可直接到用人单位报名，或于现场面试当日上午9：00—11:00，在兰州人力资源服务产业园（兰州高新技术开发区骆驼滩289号）现场报名；报考市教育局系统招聘岗位（附件1中90至191号岗位）的考生，在兰州市第二中学雁滩分校（兰州市城关区雁滩街道北面滩403号南门）现场报名。现场报名时间截止当日上午11:00，逾期不再接受报名。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">由各用人单位主管部门组织对应聘人员提交的报名材料进行审核。线上报名人员由用人单位向应聘人员告知资格审核结果，线下报名人员现场告知。资格审核贯穿本次人才引进工作全过程。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（三）面试考核</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">1.面试时间。2022年3月19日，通过资格审核人员即进入面试考核环节，报名当日完成全部的面试考核工作。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">2.面试地点。兰州人力资源服务产业园（兰州高新技术开发区骆驼滩289号）；报考市教育局系统招聘岗位（附件1中90至191号岗位）的考生，在兰州市第二中学雁滩分校（兰州市城关区雁滩街道北面滩403号南门）参加面试考核。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">4.面试要求。参加面试人员于面试当日上午8:30前，持有效身份证件和报名材料原件参加面试。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（四）体检</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">体检工作由用人单位主管部门统一组织，体检标准参照最新《公务员录用通用体检标准（试行）》执行（体检时间和地点另行通知）。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（五）考察</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">体检合格的拟引进人员，确定为考察人选，由用人单位主管部门对考察对象的政治思想、道德品质、遵纪守法、自律意识、能力素质、工作态度、学习工作表现等方面进行全面详实的考察，形成书面考察结论。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">（六）公示和聘用</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">兰州市人力资源和社会保障局网站公示市直部门的拟聘用人员，各县区人社局公示本县区的拟聘用人员，公示期均为5个工作日。公示期满，如无影响聘用的情况，按相关规定办理聘用或调动手续。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 1.75em;">1.应聘人员提交的所有信息和材料应当真实、准确、有效。凡提供虚假信息和材料获取引进资格的，或故意隐瞒本人真实情况影响聘用的，一经查实，取消聘用资格。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体;
